Gina has over thirteen years’ experience in site civil design. Her design skills include site layout, roadway design, site grading, water distribution design, earthwork analysis, storm water management, sanitary and septic layout and erosion control. She has also prepared hydrology and water quality reports. Gina has served as project engineer on many types of developments including Single Family Subdivisions, Amenity Areas, Town Homes, and Commercial sites. Many of Gina’s past projects have been large scale mixed use communities incorporating various facets of civil design.

His design skills include site grading, earthwork analysis, storm water management, sanitary and septic layout, erosion control and tree protection. Bryan has served as project manager on many types of developments. Some of his commercial projects include: Office Buildings, Banks, Restaurants, Warehouses, Convenience Stores, and Strip Shopping Centers. Bryan’s public and residential experience includes: Single Family Subdivisions, Amenity Areas, Apartments, Town Homes, Condominiums, Hotels, Schools, Retirement Centers, and Sports Fields. Bryan has also prepared landscape and hardscape plans to accompany and complete the site design package.
